Overwhelmingly, you said, “No, thanks” to the old belligerent double-talk that we’ve been listening to for way too long. No matter which party you voted with, I applaud you for being at the forefront of what I hope will be a groundswell of rejection of fear and hatred, and an embrace of civility and honor and intelligence.
I’ve been humming under my breath ever since the results were announced. If the voters in the New Hampshire race are as wise as you were, I’ll start singing.
